At Shades of Chikankari, every piece is handcrafted with precision and care by skilled artisans. Due to the intricate hand embroidery, each product is unique and may have slight variations—this is the beauty of authentic chikankari, not a defect.
We offer a 7-day return policy on stitched kurtas only.
Eligibility:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be intact
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Please Note:
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
- Unstitched kurta sets
- Semi-stitched coord sets
Why?
- These pieces are often custom-finished or altered after purchase
- Once cut, stitched, or tailored, they cannot be resold
- Fabric color, fall, and embroidery placement may slightly vary due to the handmade process
- Each piece is sourced in limited quantities, ensuring exclusivity

💬 Damaged or Wrong Product
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos
- We will assist you with a replacement or resolution
